Now that's the kind of help every customer wants!

"A Super Satisfied Customer Since 2016"
I've been a client since 2016. I own a little VPS, and the Linux OS was pretty old, so I needed to switch to a newer distro. They assisted me incredibly well. I received a new VPS, allowing me to set everything up while my previous server was still operational.
I encountered a few minor problems during my installation, but they were super helpful. Their service is just fantastic!
Plus, they reply to support tickets in no time.
"A Surprising and Disappointing Encounter"
While the price was definitely low, I was looking to upgrade my current setup with GCP.
I’ll admit, I messed up by not checking the policy regarding proxy and VPN usage, which I hadn’t run into before. Turns out, my IP got banned, and I was left scratching my head (my workplace IP was the culprit). I tried to bypass it using a VPN, but that just made things worse.
The so-called 'support' was anything but helpful. The person I dealt with was incredibly rude and seemed to take pleasure in being the 'gatekeeper'. There was no dialogue, just a cancellation of my account and a refusal to process any further orders.
Honestly, I’m relieved this happened early on before I poured more money into their service. Dealing with such an unpredictable company is just not worth it.
Sure, it’s cheaper, but I’d gladly shell out a few extra euros for a more respectful experience.
I wouldn’t recommend this service.
Edit 1: He falsely accused me of providing a fake address. I didn’t give my 'street address' and 'city' because that felt excessive for a Virtual Machine. It’s amusing he makes such claims without any proof. Just childish behavior.

"Unethical Practices and No Refund"
They jacked up the price of my service, so I decided to let it go. Despite that, they kept charging me at the old rate while I had no active service, and they refuse to give me my money back. I'm over £100 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Seriously, steer clear of this place; their ethics are highly questionable.
Has anyone else noticed a pattern in the negative feedback?
Like I mentioned, I didn’t cancel my service, but I sure didn’t agree to the higher fee. When you claim the terms have been the same for years, I’ve been a customer for about 8 years—have those terms changed without me knowing?
Honestly, who can remember what they agreed to 8 years back? This really boils down to a matter of ethics, not just some legal fine print.

"Sudden Closure of Their Sweden Store..."
They just up and shut down their shop in Sweden with only 10 days' notice. No moving to a new spot, no automatic refunds, nada. It's a total scam. Seriously, steer clear if you're after a service that you can actually count on.
"Ethical Concerns"
I got a plan from INIZ, but sadly, the resources I bought just didn’t cut it for what I needed. So, I decided to upgrade to make sure I had enough.
But, I ended up not sticking with the service and canceled within just 5 days.
When I asked for my money back, they claimed that their terms say upgrades aren’t refundable, so they’d only give me a refund for the original package I bought.
I could see their point if I had been using their service for more than a week, but I canceled within 7 days and now I’m left with nothing.
What kind of business doesn’t provide a full refund? It’s just wrong. Shame on you, INIZ.
"Refund Issues and Slow Support"
I made a payment using my PayPal business account with all the right info, and everything seemed fine at first. Services got activated, and the production environment was set up without a hitch.
But then, a couple of days later, I got an email asking for a photo ID for 'verification purposes.' I wasn't comfortable with that, so I opted for a full refund instead of sharing sensitive personal details.
They canceled my services, but here I am, 36 hours later, and still no sign of my refund. Not sure if it’s on purpose or just a delay, but I guess we’ll see how this plays out.
One suggestion for the company: if you’re so serious about fraud protection that you turn away real customers, maybe you should consider pre-authorizing payments and reversing them if an order isn’t accepted, instead of holding onto a customer’s money after canceling their order.

I really appreciate the support and top-notch service for our VPS from 2017 to 2020. The only reason I'm moving on is that INIZ doesn't offer Singapore-based VPS anymore. Otherwise, I would’ve definitely stayed with INIZ. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors in this field!
